Agency theory: Review of the theory and current research

AbstractThis article intends to review the theoretical aspects and current research on agency theory. It aims explore main ideas, problems, issues related theory through a survey of literature. Agency is caused by relationships information asymmetry which causes problems costs. This not only categorizes into six categories representing various concepts but also solutions offered over last five years. literature will enlighten practitioners researchers in understanding, analyzing, mitigating guiding future theory.AbstrakArtikel ini bermaksud untuk meninjau aspek teoretis dan riset terkini tentang teori keagenan. Hal bertujuan mengeksplorasi ide-ide utama, masalah, isu-isu yang terkait dengan keagenan melalui survei literatur saat ini. Teori disebabkan oleh hubungan asimetri informasi menyebabkan masalah biaya Artikel tidak hanya mengkategorikan ke dalam enam kategori mewakili berbagai konsep tetapi juga menawarkan solusi selama lima tahun terakhir.
